| Past history | Gastrectomy due to gastric cancer (about 10 years ago). MDS (about 10 months ago). |
| Present history | Transfusion was started after diagnosis of dementia, to depend on (TPN) high-calorie infusion central venous than about two years ago, now admit the anemia before 10 months are diagnosed with MDS. 2 to 4 units of blood transfusion has been the enforcement of each month. Was admitted to our hospital for further examinations. |
