Materials peripheral blood(PB)
Stain May-Grünwald Giemsa (MG)
Microscopic findings The plasma cells were similar in size to the blood neutrophils, and the nuclei ranged from circular to quasi-circular in shape, the chromatin was rough, and there were no nucleoli. The basophilia in the cytoplasm was of a moderate degree.
