Stain	May-Grünwald Giemsa (MG)
Microscopic findings	Other large cells also had slightly high nuclear-cytoplasmic ratio, and the chromatin was roughly granulated and there are two large and clearly visible nucleoli. These contain two nuclei and exhibit what appears to be a symmetric mirror image. Based on the morphological findings, we considered Hodgkin cells. 【MG.1000×】
