Microscopic findings	The neutrophil with bi-nuclei and a pseudo Pelger-Huët anomaly shows partial positive for myeloperoxidase staining. This case diagnosed RAEB-Ⅰ because of blast 7% in marrow and bi-lineage dysplasia. 【PO.1000x】
