Materials	bone marrow(BM)aspiration
Stain	May-Grünwald Giemsa (MG)
Microscopic findings	There are promyelocytes (at seven o’clock) and lymphocytes (at 12 o’clock), and other cells that seem to be monocytic cells. The monocyte at five o’clock has a double structure. The double structure is characterized by granular cytoplasm (granules cluster around the nuclei) and glass like cytoplasm (cytoplasm has no granularity in the periphery and looks like glass). 【MG.1000x】
