Microscopic findings	In the bone marrow findings, the blast cells show 40% of the nucleated cells, and are larger than normal myeloblasts, with rough reticular and gnanular chromatin with round and irregular nuclei. Some of the blast cells have strongly basophilic cytoplasm. 【MG. 1000x】
