Stain	May-Grünwald Giemsa (MG)
Microscopic findings	Peripheral blood smear at presentation shows myeloid precursors and 10% monocytes in addition to 8% blast cells. Blast cells (56.4%) admixed with 18.5% myeloid cells and 20% monocytic cells are noted in the normocellular marrow. 【The first time:MG.400x】
