Stain	sudan black B (SBB)
Microscopic findings	22% of the blast cells are positive for Sudan Black B staining. The blast cells at the lower portion and center of the image are positive for Sudan Black B staining . There is a discrepancy between the Sudan Black B and myeloperoxidase staining. 【SBB. 1000x】
