Microscopic findings	The blast cells are negative for PO staining. This case express a myeloid and a CD10+ precursor B lymphoid component and have the Philadelphia chromosome/minor BCR-ABL gene. Biphenotypic acute leukemia diagnosed Ph-positive. 【MG.1000×】
