Stain periodic acid Schiff (PAS)
Microscopic findings The cytoplasm of the proerythroblasts shows intense globular positive for Periodic acid-Schiff staining. This case diagnosed AML-M6b with immature erythroblasts of 88% and expresed erythroid markers.
