Microscopic findings	Blasts in the bone marrow were negative in butyrate for double staining EST. This case was diagnosed mixed phenotype acute leukemia (T/myeloid) than to doubt a mixture of two cell lines morphologically showed a marker of myeloid and T cell lines. 【EST-double.400x】
