Microscopic findings	In the hyperplasia marrow (546,000/μl) ,was observed granulocyte lineage cells (1% blasts, 7% promyelocytes, 11% myelocytes, 5% metamyelocytes, 61% neutrophils). Monocytes were observed 4%. 【MG.600x】
