Materials bone marrow(BM)aspiration
Stain peroxidase (PO)
Microscopic findings The granulocyte series are positive, monocyte series are negative or weakly positive for myeloperoxidase staining. Also some of neutrophils are negative to partially positive for myeloperoxidase staining.
