Materials bone marrow(BM)aspiration
Stain EST double staining
Microscopic findings The monocyte series show intense positive for butyrate esterase staining. But the cells of weakly positive are probably myeloblasts. The cells of positive for chloroacetate esterase staining are granulocyte series.
This case diagnosed AML-M4.
