Stain May-Grünwald Giemsa (MG)
Microscopic findings In the bone marrow, the blast cells have cell diameters of 9 to 12μm and were of a small size and have a high nuclear-cytoplasmic ratio; the chromatin have rough and the nucleoli were indistinct.
