Materials	bone marrow(BM)aspiration
Stain	iron-prusian blue (I-PB)
Microscopic findings	Suspected MDS-RARS than that observed in ringed sideroblasts in the bone marrow iron staining. Was considered but also the involvement of a large amount of blood transfusion. This case, which had been very similar to the MDS, consider the lack of trace elements by long-term tube feeding, was diagnosed with copper deficiency anemia from deficiency of serum copper and ceruloplasmin. 【Fe.1000x】
