Chief Complaint
Weakness of the upper limbs and leukocytosis.
Past history
Diabates and acute bronchitis.
Present history
The patient presented with fever onset and fatigue. A blood test revealed leukocytosis and hemograms revealed 6% blast-like cells. A bone-marrow aspiration was performed. Adenopathy(+).
