Chief Complaint	Fever,weight loss and lymphadenopathy.
Past history	Nothing particular.
Present history	The patient had a fever and the family doctor diagnosed purulent adenoiditis and treated. He had lost weight (5kg). The anorexita persisted and cervical adenopathy was found in late February. He was admitted to this hospital for general debility and fatigue in early March. He showed anenlarged right pharynegeneral tonsil, denopathies (Cervical, axillary, and groin 2cm in diameter), and hepatoma (hypochomdrium under 6cm).
