| Present history | He was admitted to a hospital due to intussusception and ileus. A high-pressure enema reduction was not successful, so he underwent an urgent laparotomy. The advanced part of the ileocecal junction, had been perforated at the time of the reduction, so an ileocecal resection was performed.Two enlarged lymph nodes (2 to 3cm in diameter) were found around the advanced part of the ileocecal junction, and the ther mesenteric lymph nodes were enlarged. |
