| Present history | The patient had a slight fever and purple spots in the lower limbs. Leukocytosis was noted and the patient was referred to the hospital with a suspicion of leukemia. Blast cells were found with a significant increase in the number of leukocytes (11,2800/μl) and she was hosptalized. |
