Stain May-Grünwald Giemsa (MG)
Microscopic findings In the peripheral blood, the lymphoid cells had high nuclear-cytoplasmic ratio and the chromatin was rough, and the nuclei was distinctive. we considered abnormal lymphocytes with irregular nuclei.
