Stain periodic acid Schiff (PAS)
Microscopic findings Sezary like cells exhibited coarse granular positivity for periodic acid Schiff staining.
This case was diagnosed Sezary syndrome because of the demonstration of an elevated CD4 and CD25-,HTLV-Ⅰnegative.
