Materials	bone marrow(BM)aspiration
Stain	periodic acid Schiff (PAS)
Microscopic findings	Blast cells in the bone marrow was observed positive for PAS staining (arrows). This case was suspected L3,PAS staining was positive, also, that sIg were negative (positive only for CD34, CD19) surface markers; that there was not t(8 14)chromosomes and not abdominal mass was diagnosed with Early B-ALL to exclude L3.【PAS.1000x】
