Chief Complaint Fever , Pale face,
Blood spots of the ambilateral lower limbs.
Past history Nothing in particular.
Present history He presented with fever, a poor complexion, and blood spots on the lower limbs and received oral treatment for a common cold. There was no improvement and the patient visited a university hospital. A blood test suggested leukemia and he was hospitalized. Then, he was admitted to this hospital for treatment.
Laboratory findings WBC 726.0×10³/μl、RBC 3.11×106/μl、Hb 8.2g/dl、Ht 23.0%、MCV 73.9fl、MCH 26.3pg、MCHC 35.6%、PLT 4.8×104/μl、
LDH 462lU/l、FDP 92.3ng/ml、Ca 7.2mg/dl、
UA 6.8mg/dl
