Past history	Down's syndrome.
Present history	He had left gonalgia, which the famiy doctor diagnosed as "growing pains". The pain persisted and he visited another doctor with a fever and left shoulder pain. He was admitted to this hospitalfor further tests and treatment due to the presence blast cells in the peripheral bood and a severe infection.
